Most Items will ship within 2 to 5 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. All items will be shipped via UPS Ground.
Shipping Rates will be based on UPS Ground rates for the total weight of all items purchased. During FREE SHIPPING promotions the weight of items being promoted will not be added to the total weight.
We only ship to the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii because of the extreme cost of shipping via air. If you are outside our shipping area, contact us via email and we will get the best price available for your order and let you know what the shipping price is before you place the order. You must agree to the shipping cost before we will process any order.
The first $100 of insurance is covered for free, you may purchase additional insurance if you wish.

We at SurvivalPlanKits.com make it our goal to never leave a customer dissatisfied. We work hard to make sure that every order is correct and sent out in a timely manner.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the time the order is placed as long as the products are returned in the same re-sellable condition. You will receive a full refund, minus shipping. Any shortages must be reported within 30 days as well. If an item is defective, we will replace the item and pay for the return shipping. Only the item will be replaced; not the entire survival kit.
If an item is damaged byUPSduring the shipment, it is your responsibility to contactUPSdirectly. Insurance is issued free up to $100 but insurance must be paid for in advance if you want insurance over $100.
Food and water products can not be returned to be re-sold according to law, therefore refunds for food and water products will not be issued.

Back Order Policy
Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is back ordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Please contact the package carrier (UPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
